1. Do you create custom orders?

I'd be happy to discuss any custom order ideas with you! Please note custom orders could take up to 6 weeks to produce depending on the item. Feel free to send me an email at kaileymadeceramics@outlook.com. 

2. What is your return policy?

All sales are final. As a small business, processing refunds for a change of mind costs my business time and money. 

What happens if my purchased item arrives broken?

I do my best to ensure this does not happen however, I will offer a replacement item if yours happens to arrive broken. You must notify me via email within 2 days of receiving your package with a photo of the broken item. A new item will be shipped out within 3 weeks. Please note, due to variations in glazes, I cannot guarantee an exact replica.

What are your shipping details?

Orders will be processed within 2 business days. Shipping times are approximately 5-8 days after the order is processed. I have determined flat rates for shipping depending on individual item weights, sizes and packaging materials used. 

Why do you charge for shipping?

Please note that I do my best to keep shipping costs as low as possible while also ensuring your purchased items arrive to you safely and in one piece.
